Orders are fulfilled directly by Monarch Mobility. Tracking information will be provided when the product ships. Product availability and fulfillment times are subject to current manufacturer inventory.
Manufacturer Warranty
The Atlas 4 is covered by Monarch Mobility's applicable manufacturer warranty. If assistance is required, Monarch Mobility will serve as the first point of contact and can often diagnose and resolve product issues remotely using photographs, videos, and other diagnostic information.
If hands-on service or repair is required, Monarch may refer the customer to a qualified mobility-service provider and can provide required replacement parts directly to the servicing location.
Labor is not generally covered under the standard warranty. However, if Monarch's diagnosis confirms that the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect, Monarch has advised that reasonable labor costs will be reimbursed. Warranty service and reimbursement remain subject to Monarch's diagnosis, authorization, and applicable warranty terms.
Returns
Manufacturer-specific return conditions apply to this product.
Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to Monarch Mobility's applicable return authorization requirements.
The customer is responsible for return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. Products must remain unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for a standard return.
Products received damaged, defective, or incorrect will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer and store policies.
